1 spring onion finely sliced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
75g sushi rice, cooked
1/4 cucumber, sliced
Handful of radishes, sliced
1/2 avocado, diced
