Sriracha Noodle Soup

Cook noodles according to instructions. Fry the vegetables and lemongrass in sesame oil and then add the soy sauce and coconut milk. Add the pasta to the vegetables. At the end remove lemongrass. Add as much Sriracha as you want.

Ingredients

200g mie noodles.
2 spring onions
1 carrot
40ml soy sauce
20ml sesame oil
1 lemongrass bar
½ garlic sugarpods
150ml coconut milk
Some ginger (spices)
Salt and pepper to taste
