Sriracha Extra Garlic Loaded Hot Dogs

Whether you opt for the satisfying crunch of french fries, the sweetness of sweetcorn, the vibrant peppers, or the refreshing mix of pepper, onion, and tomatoes, these mouthwatering Sriracha Extra Garlic Loaded Hot Dogs will satisfy your cravings and leave you wanting more.

1. Grill the hot dogs until they are cooked through

2. Place each hot dog in a bun and generously drizzle with Sriracha Extra Garlic sauce.


For Each Topping Option:

Option 1: French Fries

3. Prepare a portion of crispy french fries according to the package instructions.

4. Place a handful of hot french fries on top of the hot dog for a satisfying crunch. Add another drizzle of Sriracha Extra Garlic and Sriracha Mayo.


Option 2: Sweetcorn, Red Onion, and Coriander

3. In a bowl, mix together equal parts cooked sweetcorn and diced red onion, and a handful of chopped fresh coriander.

4. Spoon the sweetcorn mixture over the hot dog, adding a burst of sweetness and freshness.


Option 3: Yellow and Red Pepper

3. Thinly dice yellow and red pepper.

4. Sauté the peppers in a pan with a little oil until they soften.
Place the sautéed peppers on top of the hot dog, bringing a vibrant and colourful touch.


Option 4: Green Chilli Pepper, Red Onion, and Tomatoes

3. Thinly slice green chilli pepper and red onion.

4. Dice the tomato.

5. Arrange the sliced peppers, red onion, and diced tomatoes on the hot dog, and drizzle with more Sriracha Extra Garlic and Sriracha Mayo.


Serve the loaded hot dogs immediately and enjoy!
