Got a few minutes to kill?
You should make some fiery red pepper hummus. Here's how:
2. Chop and deseed the red peppers, placing them skin side up on the tray. Shove under the grill for 10 or so minutes, then whip 'em out and let 'em cool.
3. Peel off their skins and chuck the peppers and all the other ingredients into a food processor, giving it a good whiz.
4. Grab a nice crusty loaf or an assortment of veg and get stuck in!
Ingredients
1 tin of chickpeas
2 tsp of tahini
2 large red peppers
Juice of 1 lemon
6 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
