Giveaway T&Cs
1. These terms and conditions are for the Flying Goose Prize Draw, in collaboration with Buffalo Wing Festival. By entering this Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
2. The prize Draw is organised by Exotic Food Public Company Ltd (trading as Flying Goose), 49/42 Moo 5, Tungsukla, Sriracha, Chonburi, 20230 Thailand.
3. You must be a resident of the US to enter the giveaway.
4. The Prize Draw is free to enter.
5. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
6. Only one entrant per household is permitted.
7. Two winners will be chosen from all entries made prior to the Prize Draw closing date.
8. The winners will each receive unless stated otherwise 2 x Tickets to Buffalo Wing Festival on their choice of day between 31st August and 1st September 2024, 1 x Flying Goose Original Sriracha (455ml), 1x Flying Goose Sriracha Mayo (455ml), 1x Flying Goose Sriracha Extra Garlic (455ml), 1x Flying Goose Sriracha Kimchi (455ml).
9. The winners must provide the full name of all parties attending Buffalo Wing Festival. Each guest must bring ID on the day as proof of identity.
10. All entries must be made before 23:59 EST, 08.27.24. The draw will be made within 5 days of the Prize Draw closing.
11. The winners will be chosen at random and notified, via email or Instagram direct message, within five days of the draw date.
12. The winners may be asked to take part in applicable publicity.
13. If a winner fails to respond and/or to give a valid US address within 7 days of this notification, or declines their prize, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner. If any winner declines their prize, or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize.
14. The winners agree that their Instagram ‘handles’ can be displayed on the Flying Goose website.
15. Employees of Exotic Food Public Company Ltd., its suppliers, agents, distributors and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
16. The prize draw is governed by the laws of England.
17. The giveaway may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
18. This giveaway is not affiliated with Meta (Facebook/Instagram). The prize has no cash equivalent.
