Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 250 millilitres tomato sauce
- 850 millilitres crushed or diced canned tomatoes
- 200 millilitres tomato paste
- ¼ cup Sriracha Sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
Cooking Method:
- Add the olive oil to a large pot over medium heat
- Add the garlic and sauté for one to two minutes
- Add the tomato sauce, canned tomatoes, tomato paste, Sriracha sauce and honey.
- Add the salt, oregano and crushed red pepper.
- Mix well and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce to low, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
