Terms and Conditions
1. These terms and conditions are for Flying Goose Instagram prize draws. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
2. This prize draw is organised by Exotic Food Public Company LTD, 49/42 Moo 5, Tungsukla, Sriracha, Chonburi, 20230 Thailand.
3. You must be a resident of Australia or New Zealand.
4. The prize draw is free to enter.
5. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over, the winner may be required to submit proof of age.
6. Only one entrant per household is permitted.
7. One winner will be chosen from entries made during the prize draw period.
8. The winner will receive the selection of Flying Goose products as represented in the prize draw artwork, unless otherwise stated. The prize is non-transferable and no alternative will be offered.
9. Entry must be made before 23:59 on the last day of the prize draw, as stated. The draw will be made within five days of the prize draw closing.
10. The winner will be chosen at random and notified, via direct messaging on Instagram, within five days of the draw date.
11. The winner may be asked to take part in applicable publicity.
12. In order to provide evidence that a prize draw has taken place and a winner has been selected, the winner agrees that their username can be displayed in future terms & conditions, on a winner announcement instagram story or post, or via direct user-interaction with other social media users.
13. If a winner fails to respond and/ or to give a valid address within 7 days of this notification, or declines their prize, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entires to select a new winner. If any winner declines their prize, or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize.
14. Employees of Exotic Food Company LTD, its suppliers, agents, distributors and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
15. The prize draw is covered by the laws of England.
16. The prize draw may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
