Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 250 millilitres tomato sauce
  • 850 millilitres crushed or diced canned tomatoes
  • 200 millilitres tomato paste
  • ¼ cup Sriracha Sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper

Cooking Method:

  • Add the olive oil to a large pot over medium heat
  • Add the garlic and sauté for one to two minutes
  • Add the tomato sauce, canned tomatoes, tomato paste, Sriracha sauce and honey.
  • Add the salt, oregano and crushed red pepper.
  • Mix well and bring to a simmer.
  • Reduce to low, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
